With a solid focus on delivering an efficient and reliable technology experience, the business is looking to strengthen its IT function with an experienced support professional.
This is a varied position for someone who enjoys being more than a traditional helpdesk resource.
You will work closely with the wider business, take ownership of technical issues and assist with the ongoing development of the organisation's technology environment.The RoleTaking ownership of incoming technology requests and ensuring users receive timely and effective outcomesInvestigating incidents and technical problems across workplace systems and end-user environmentsAssisting employees with day-to-day technology challenges and providing practical solutionsAdministering user access and maintaining appropriate security and permissions across core systemsSupporting the implementation and maintenance of business applications and cloud servicesMonitoring the performance and availability of key workplace technologiesAssisting with software updates, system changes and technology releasesMaintaining accurate IT records, documentation and asset informationWorking alongside infrastructure and technology partners on more complex technical mattersHelping coordinate technology changes across the business and ensuring users are appropriately supportedIdentifying recurring issues and recommending improvements to reduce future support requirementsContributing to the development of IT processes, procedures and internal knowledge resourcesAssisting with technology projects,
