We're expanding into Victoria in **** with a new Melbourne site, creating exciting growth opportunities.As a market leader, we're proud to be ranked among "World's Best Employers" by Forbes and Statista, recognized for our excellence in corporate impact, talent development, gender equality, and social responsibility.About the OpportunityThe Production and Maintenance Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of production and maintenance documentation, ensuring records are maintained in line with business, quality, and statutory requirements to support operational efficiency and compliance.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform general administrative duties within the Production and Maintenance DepartmentOrder and manage packaging, and consumables necessary for achieving production scheduleIn collaboration with the Production and Maintenance Manager develop and implement documentation required to ensure compliance with corporate and statutory obligations including local proceduresAssist with stock take and relevant documentationDaily report on raw material, packaging consumption,
daily Production Efficiency and finished goods varianceAssist with production planning administration when required, enter, and evaluate production plan in D365Complete the required OHSE documentationPreform casual employee inductions and assist with managing both permanent and casual timesheetsMaintain maintenance records, print work orders and schedules in EAM softwareLiaise with relevant departments to achieve production and quality goalsComply with all applicable legislative, regulatory, and statutory requirements, and adhere to internal governance frameworks, including company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct, to support organisational accountability and risk management obligations.What You BringMinimum of 3 years' experience in administration within a batch manufacturing environment preferableExperience with computerised inventory control systemsCompetent with Microsoft Office applications and exposure to MRP, ERP or similar manufacturing software packages preferableSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyDeveloped planning, organising and time management skillsEnthusiastic, motivated, and capable of developing a healthy and effective team workplace where business goals are consistently achieved.Why Choose Mapei?
