The essential requirements for this role areHigh level of experience of leading and inspiring others to meet the challenges of demanding work roles.Experience in the management of staff and providing direction and performance assessment of a multi-disciplinary team.Knowledge of financial and resource management in the monitoring of budgets in accordance with financial requirements.Proven experience understanding case management in the human services field.Significant exposure to the Criminal Justice System or related human services environment.Qualifications, qualified registration, conditions and other requirementsThere are no mandatory qualifications for this position; however formal qualifications in behavioural science and/or psychology (or a related discipline) would be highly regarded.
