You'll learn the skills and tools that can set you up for long‐term success in sales while making a real difference every day.What you'll be doing:Business development activities, including proactively identifying and contacting prospective customers to generate new sales opportunities.Managing the full sales process – from understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products through to preparing proposals, following up and successfully closing sales.Managing customer relationships by maintaining regular contact with new, existing and previous customers.Responding to customer enquiries across phone,



online and counter channels in a timely and professional manner.Coordinating customer orders and deliveries with our national warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Providing ongoing customer support and working closely with our Parts, Service and external Sales teams.Maintaining accurate customer information and sales activity within our CRM system.What's in it for you?
