This is a hands-on role with focus on service delivery, upkeep, and maintenance of the wine cellar.




This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new venue and help shape the guest experience from day one.The Ideal CandidateDemonstrated experience as an Assistant Head SommelierExtensive knowledge of wine, new and old worldPassion for the wine industryStrong understanding of management practicesDemonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams and exceeding targetsExceptional service skills and guest focusedExperience with stock control and inventory management is advantageousMust be up-to-date with industry trendsHighly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periodsProven ability in building effective relationshipsOrganisational and time management skillsExceptional communication and presentationFull time availability including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shiftsWSET certification or similar is highly regardedVictorian RSA certificateWorking with Lucas CollectiveWe exist to see our team succeed.
