We're looking for a Duty Manager who can bring energy, confidence and strong operational skills to the team while helping us continue to deliver the experience our locals know and love.What You'll Be DoingRunning shifts across bar, bistro, gaming and functionsLeading, motivating and supporting the team during serviceCreating consistently excellent guest experiencesManaging guest feedback professionally and confidentlyKeeping RSA, RSG, licensing, gaming and WHS compliance front of mindJumping in wherever needed to keep the venue running smoothlyTaking the lead when the Venue Manager is awayWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor or hospitality leaderCurrent RSA and RSG RMLV or willingness/ability to obtain if requiredExperience working within a busy,



multi‐faceted hospitality venueStrong understanding of liquor licensing, gaming compliance and WHSA confident, hands‐on leadership styleSomeone who stays calm, organised and solutions‐focused when things get busyAvailability to work nights, weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating rosterMost importantly, a genuine passion for hospitality, people and great serviceWhy Join Us?
