Working closely with the Site Manager and national safety leaders, you will drive continuous improvement across Quality, Safety and Environment, ensuring compliance, strong systems, and a proactive safety culture.This role suits someone who enjoys being embedded in operations, influencing frontline behaviours, and strengthening site performance through practical, structured HSEQ leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will lead and support a broad range of HSEQ activities, including:Daily product sampling, testing and reportingInvestigating internal and external quality complaintsConducting internal audits and participating in external compliance audits (ISO****, ISO*****, HACCP, ISO*****)Promoting and maintaining site Quality, Safety and Environment policies and proceduresLeading risk assessments and advising on hazard control measuresSupporting incident investigations,



documentation and timely reportingCoordinating rehabilitation for employees with work‐related injuriesFacilitating inductions for employees and contractors into the Integrated Management SystemManaging safety, environmental and training budgetsTraining, motivating and coordinating staff to work safely and efficiently to meet objectivesChallenging current systems and driving continuous improvement across HSEQ performanceAbout YouYou bring strong attention to detail, urgency, and a practical approach to safety and quality.
