This role is ideally for someone who has a vast knowledge in the food service industry, thrives on building relationships, enjoys being on the road, and is energised by achieving results.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities and outcomes using company systems and platforms.Represent the company professionally while working primarily on the road and deliver consistent, high quality customer engagementManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.Prepare quotations and pricing aligned with company objectives.Achieve quarterly KPIs related to customer acquisition,



retention and revenue growth.Collaborate closely with sales, Warehouse and customer service teams.Attend weekly check‐ins and report on pipeline development and customer activity.Key AttributesWell presented, self-starter with a positive and professional approach.Energetic and engaging with a strong hunter mindset for new business.Comfortable working independently on the road and managing time effectively.Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.Team oriented and collaborative.Skills and ExperienceYou will ideally bring 1–2 years of experience in foodservice, hospitality, sales, customer service or business development.
Restaurant experience and former chef's welcome!
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers.Experience managing a sales pipeline or customer portfolioIn-field sales experience is desirableRole RequirementsAbility to travel throughout the Goulburn Valley region as required.Ability to work Monday to Friday in a hybrid structure (on road + office).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Willingness to learn current systems and platforms.
