As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting healthcare providers with top talent while growing and managing your own desk.
You will:Take full ownership of an established desk, nurturing existing relationships while driving recent business growthSource, screen, and place candidates into both locum and permanent roles across AustraliaBuild and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with healthcare organisationsIdentify new opportunities, negotiate terms, and secure client agreementsDeliver exceptional service while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulationsCollaborate with your team to share insights and contribute to overall business successStay across market trends and position yourself as a trusted expert in your spaceWhat will you bring to the role?
