Dippers Home Timber & Hardware is looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day administration and accounts functions of our busy, independently owned hardware business.
This is a full time position.This is a key role within our business and would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work autonomously and can confidently manage the many administrative and financial tasks that keep a busy business running smoothly.The RoleYour responsibilities will primarily include:Managing the day-to-day administration of the officeAccounts payable and receivableProcessing invoices and supplier accountsManaging customer accounts and following up outstanding accountsBank reconciliations and general bookkeepingAssisting with payroll and employment administrationMaintaining accurate business records and filing systemsLiaising with suppliers,



customers and team membersAssisting with reporting and general financial administrationSupporting the team with a range of administrative requirementsHelping ensure office systems and processes are organised and running efficientlyAbout YouWe are looking for someone who:Has previous experience in an administration or office management roleMYOB experience and advantageIs highly organised, reliable and able to manage competing prioritiesHas excellent attention to detailIs confident using accounting and office softwareCan work independently while also being a supportive member of the teamHas a practical, hands-on approach and is happy to assist wherever neededCommunicates professionally and confidently with customers, suppliers and team membersThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who wants a varied and important role within a well-established local business.If you are organized, capable and enjoy taking ownership of a busy office, we would love to hear from you.
