Reporting to the Farm Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day harvesting and haulage, lead a small in-field team and ensure safety and maintenance are priority.You will operate harvesting machinery, coordinate contractors and stakeholders, and contribute to production reporting while building practical skills close to home in a rural setting.
