You support senior team members, protect landlord outcomes, and ensure every tenant interaction reflects the Henderson standard.You'll work alongside high performers, learn fast, and build the foundation to step into a full portfolio role quickly.This is a launchpad role.
Not a holding pattern.Key Responsibilities:Support leasing campaigns and onboarding of new tenanciesConduct routine inspections and prepare detailed, skilled reportsAssist with arrears management and tenant communicationCoordinate maintenance and follow through until completionKeep CRM and PropertyMe systems tight and up to dateProvide proactive communication to landlordsSupport compliance, documentation, and trust accounting processesIdentify inefficiencies and suggest improvementsYou are not here to push paper.You are here to protect assets and elevate service.What About You?
