You will design a contemporary curriculum, align dealer workflows to Ford standards, and drive measurable improvements in dealer performance across 100+ markets with a regional team in India and a network of consultants.You will report to the Dealer Engagement & Experience Director from our Richmond, Victoria base, with a 4-day in-office hybrid setup.
