Dynamix Accountancy Recruitment – Dandenong VICWe are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Financial Accountant to join our clients well respected Finance team on a Full time/perm basis.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will undertake duties and responsibilities which will give you access for a full function Financial Accountant role with a leading global business.

This position is working in the office full time.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Ensuring end of month reports are prepared accurately in accordance with deadlinesPreparing and reporting month end dataMaintaining monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation including fixed asset register, bank reconciliation, inter company reconciliationPreparation of Annual Financial StatementsAssist in the planning and co-ordination of the interim and year end auditMonitoring day-to-day operations of the company (eg, cash management, credit vetting, customer/ accounts receivable control, supplier/ accounts payable control,



stock ordering determination and review)Reporting on Cash flow and Capital expenditureEnsure monthly financial statements and reporting pack are accurately prepared and submitted on timeAccurate and timely balance sheet reconciliation including Fixed asset register, inventory reconciliationPreparation of annual budget and forecastliaison for monthly tax obligations (e.g. Payroll tax, GST, Income Tax of Company, FBT, Transfer Pricing)Any other duties as directed by the company from time to time.The ideal candidate will have:Full Australian work rightsCompleted a business/commerce degreeUndertaking or completed CA/CPAAdvanced excel: VLook Ups/MacrosPrevious experience in a similar positionExcellent communication skills interacting with customers by phone, email or face-to-faceWell spoken & fluent in English including writingHigh degree of computer literacyUsed an ERP systemGood time management and organizational skillsStrong analytical skills with a keen attention to detailThe ability to problem solvesOur client offers a cohesive and warm work setting where you will not only be compensated with a highly competitive salary but also a supportive and kind manager and team.
