You will not be stuck doing nothing but research and document review.
You will be exposed to the full life cycle of matters, work directly the Principal Lawyer, and have the opportunity to develop your skills quickly.The RoleYou will work closely with the Principal and our wider legal team on matters including:Commercial litigationComplex property disputes and litigationSupreme Court and Land and Environment Court mattersEquity disputesStrata disputes and strata renewal processesNCAT and District Court mattersConstructive trusts and equitable claimsProperty acquisitions, options and strategic transactionsUrgent applications and interlocutory mattersCommercial disputes involving significant property interestsLegal research, drafting and advice across complex mattersYou will progressively take on more responsibility as your skills develop.You can expect to:Attend court and observe and participate in hearingsSpeak directly with clients and assist with client strategyCorrespond with solicitors on the other sideAssist with briefs to counselDraft pleadings, correspondence,
