As a Chef De Partie KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning, recipe testing, and cook-offs.Contribute to menu planning and stay updated on food trends and techniques.Liaise with managers and other staff regarding food preparation issues.Help train and support kitchen team members.You will also supervise Demi Chef, Commis Chefs, Cooks,
