You'll be the driving force that keeps repairs moving and clients informed.Key Responsibilities:Liaise with clients to organise repairs, confirm access,



and manage expectations throughout the processCoordinate technicians and ensure they have all parts, equipment, documentation, and site information needed to complete each jobMonitor jobs in progress to ensure works are completed on time and to standardResolve issues, delays, or variations as they arise, keeping all parties informedReview completed works, process service reports, and formally close out repairsMaintain accurate records and ensure all compliance documentation is capturedCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients, technicians, and internal teamsAssist with other duties as requiredWhat We're Looking For:Robust organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs at onceExcellent communication and client-management skillsA proactive, problem-solving approach with attention to detailExperience in fire protection, trades, or a related service industry (highly regarded)Professional presentation and a strong work ethicCommitment to safety and complianceWhat is included:Vehicles, Tolls and FuelUniformToolsIf you're ready to build your career with a company that's going places and be part of a team that celebrates success, we'd love to hear from you.Learn more about our team and projects:adeptfire/
