Construction, Manufacturing and Engineering Trade Trainer/AssessorsConstruction, Manufacturing & Engineering Trainer/AssessorsAs a well-established Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Construction, Manufacturing & Engineering Trainer/Assessors to deliver high-quality training across Queensland and New South Wales.We specialise in providing versatile training solutions to the construction and manufacturing industries, including Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), apprenticeship pathways, and short course delivery.About the RoleYou will play a key role in supporting learners to achieve nationally recognised qualifications, drawing on your trade expertise to deliver engaging, practical, and industry-relevant training.What You'll BringA positive attitude and strong work ethicExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive approach with a willingness to go the extra mileEssential RequirementsA minimum of 5 years industry experience and a qualification in at least one of the following trades:Certificate III in Painting and DecoratingCertificate III in Wall and Floor TilingCertificate III in Glass and GlazingCertificate III in CabinetmakingCertificate III in Engineering - Mechanical TradeCertificate III in Engineering - Fabrication TradeDesirable (but not essential)Experience using Microsoft 365Exposure to database systemsPrevious RTO experience would be an advantageTraining Qualification RequirementIf not already held, you will need to obtain the TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to meet Trainer/Assessor requirements.
