The team at Triple Zero Victoria are deeply committed to the community they serve and are among the most dedicated and highly skilled in their field.About the RoleThe primary focus of the Training Coordinator is to provide administrative support for the TZV Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Workforce Capability activities.Responsibilities will include working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to complete scheduling of course activities to our new and existing employees, data entry into a student management system (e.g. VETtrak), Learning Management System (Moodle), compliance review and checking, assisting the RTO team in general and facilitating TZV RTO staff.Day to day responsibilities include:Scheduling of end-to-end training and development activities across the organisationEngage with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and align expectationsSupport RTO administration, including student enrolments, attendance,
