inventory and daily store operations are managed with exceptional accuracy.If you are equally passionate about delivering outstanding sales results and creating order behind the scenes, this could be the perfect next step in your retail career.The RoleWorking closely with the Store Business Manager, you will help drive the commercial performance of the store while taking ownership of stock control and operational excellence.You will lead from the front on the shop floor, coach the team to deliver exceptional service and ensure the right product is available in the right place at the right time.Your Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Customer ExperienceDeliver an elevated, personalised customer experienceBuild strong client relationships and confidently style customers across our menswear collectionsLead by example to achieve individual and store sales targetsSupport the team in driving KPIs, conversion and average transaction valueAssist with coaching, motivating and developing team membersSupport the Store Business Manager with daily leadership responsibilitiesStock and Store OperationsTake ownership of stock accuracy, organisation and inventory controlManage incoming deliveries, transfers, replenishment and stock movementsComplete regular stock counts and investigate discrepanciesMaintain an organised,



efficient and commercially focused stockroomSupport loss-prevention processes and minimise stock varianceEnsure best-selling products are replenished quickly and available to customersMaintain strong operational standards across the storeSupport visual merchandising and ensure product presentation reflects the M.J. Bale brandAbout YouYou will be a confident salesperson with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for operational excellence.To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:Experience in a senior retail, supervisory, assistant management or stock control positionA proven ability to deliver strong sales results and outstanding customer serviceExcellent stock management and inventory-control skillsStrong attention to detail, organisation and time managementConfidence coaching and motivating a retail teamA proactive, hands‐on approach and willingness to lead from the frontThe ability to balance customer‐facing priorities with operational responsibilitiesExperience in premium fashion, menswear or high‐volume retail will be highly regardedAvailability to work across a seven‐day retail rosterWhy Join M.J.
