These are client-side roles supporting the delivery of residential apartment and mixed-use projects.About the RoleYou'll work closely with experienced senior development leaders, gaining exposure across planning, approvals, consultant management, programme, reporting and project delivery.
This is an ideal opportunity for an established Development Manager, Assistant Development Manager, or project delivery professional ready to take the next step in residential development.ResponsibilitiesCoordinating external consultants across design, planning, approvals and deliverySupporting DA, S4.55, CC and other authority approval processesAssisting with feasibility updates, budgets, cash flow, programme and risk reportingPreparing project briefs, meeting packs, reports and development documentationSupporting tender reviews and consultant or contractor appointmentsMonitoring project programme, risks, actions and key deliverablesLiaising with internal construction, sales, marketing and finance teamsHelping ensure projects are delivered in line with commercial,



governance and quality requirementsQualificationsYou will have residential development or closely aligned project delivery experience, ideally across apartments or mixed-use projects.
You may currently be an Assistant Development Manager, Development Manager, Project Manager or similar, from a developer, developer-builder, consultancy or builder-side environment.Required SkillsExposure to residential apartment and/or mixed-use development projectsAn understanding of planning and approvals processes, including DA, S4.55, CC or similar pathwaysExperience working with consultants, authorities, builders and internal stakeholdersExposure to project budgets, programme, risk and reportingStrong organisation, communication and stakeholder-management skillsA practical approach and genuine interest in building a career in client-side developmentPreferred SkillsNone specified.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive package up to circa $185k + Super, plus bonusEqual Prospect StatementUplift Recruitment is committed to diversity and inclusivity.
