We are seeking an experienced Multi-Venue Manager to join G Group of Companies on a full-time basis in Gippsland.
This is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple hospitality venues across the region.
You will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, maintaining consistent service standards, and ensuring profitability across all managed properties.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our diverse hospitality portfolio whilst leading high-performing teams across different locations.Key responsibilitiesOversee daily operations across multiple venues, ensuring consistent service delivery and guest satisfaction standardsDevelop and implement operational strategies and policies that align with company objectives and enhance profitabilityManage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance across all managed venuesRecruit, train, supervise and mentor management teams and staff across multiple locationsEnsure compliance with all health, safety, licensing and regulatory requirements across venuesMonitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, occupancy rates and customer satisfaction metricsImplement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive customer engagement and increase revenueConduct regular venue inspections to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvementCoordinate with senior management regarding strategic planning and business development opportunitiesFoster a positive workplace culture and address staff performance and conduct matters professionallyWhat we're looking forMinimum 5 years' experience in hospitality management, preferably managing multiple venues simultaneouslyProven track record of successfully managing P&L; across hospitality operationsStrong knowledge of hospitality industry operations, including food and beverage service, accommodation management or event managementExcellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams across multiple locationsDemonstrated ability to develop and implement operational procedures and best practice standardsSound understanding of health, safety and licensing regulations relevant to hospitality venuesProficiency with hospitality management systems and point-of-sale softwareStrong analytical and financial acumen with competency in budget management and forecastingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with staff, customers and stakeholdersFlexibility to travel between venues and work varied hours as required by the businessCurrent Driver's Licence is desirable for travel between multiple locationsRelevant hospitality qualifications or certifications would be advantageousWhat we offerAt G Group of Companies, we are committed to creating a rewarding workplace where our team members can thrive and grow.
