The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking APS5 Auslan Service Officers to join the National Contact Centre.
You will deliver accessible, participant-first support to Deaf and hard of hearing participants through Auslan video calls, email and webchat, helping them navigate the NDIS and access needed services.Fluency in Auslan is mandatory, with experience in a contact centre desirable.
