TNM Road Services is seeking experienced and reliable Machine Operators & Truck Drivers to join our dynamic team in Devon Meadows, VIC.
This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work with modern plant and machinery in the construction and road services sector.
You will play a crucial role in the delivery of our projects, operating heavy machinery and transporting equipment and materials to ensure the smooth execution of our operations.
This is an ideal role for professionals who take pride in their work and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency on site.Key responsibilitiesOperate heavy plant and machinery including excavators, graders and other construction equipment in accordance with safety procedures and site requirementsDrive trucks and transport vehicles safely and efficiently, transporting machinery, materials and equipment to and from project sitesConduct pre-operation inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in safe working conditionFollow all site safety protocols, environmental regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environmentCommunicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to coordinate activities and ensure project timelines are metMaintain accurate records of equipment operation and any incidents or damageRespond promptly to instructions and adapt to changing site conditions and project requirementsAssist with equipment troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to supervisors and maintenance personnelWhat we're looking forCurrent, valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) licence, with a clean driving recordProven experience operating heavy plant and machinery in construction or road services environmentsCertified or licensed plant operator qualifications (such as Skid steer, Excavator or Grader tickets)
