We are seeking a HD Fitter to help us maintain our fleet both out of our Maddington workshop and Australia wide.
This is a hands-on, hybrid role with Perth and site-based work.Why Pilecom?

ensuring minimal downtime and fast fault resolutionPerform scheduled servicing across a mixed fleet (drill rigs, telehandlers, generators)Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical manuals for fault findingWork closely with site teams to keep equipment operating safely and efficientlyTake ownership of field-based repairs in a fast-paced, high-production environmentOperate within the Pilecom values.Promote a positive and inclusive team cultureWill need to attend breakdowns across the whole fleet on site, thinking quick on the feet to get machines back in operation with minimal down timeSKILLS & EXPERIENCEThe ideal candidate will have experience maintaining & servicing some or all of the following:Engines and GeneratorsTele-handlers & ForkliftsDrill RigsBreakdowns on the above machinesHydraulicsCompetent in utilising computer skills to search manuals / data for servicing and schematicsExperience in the following is preferable but not essential:Hydraulic tool maintenancePiling Equipment maintenanceHand & power tool maintenanceElectrical fault findingWeldingOTHER REQUIREMENTSQual or Trade Certificate as a Heavy Diesel Vehicle MechanicConstruction Induction Card (White Card)Experience ensuring that all tasks are performed within WHS guidelines and standards.C Class Drivers LicenseKnowledge of workplace health and safety-Risk Assessments, SWMS, JHA.
