With an established presence in Sydney, we specialise in delivering end-to-end window and glazing solutions for commercial and residential projects.As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organised Project Coordinator to join our team and support the successful delivery of aluminium window and door projects across Australia.The OpportunityThis is a full-time coordination role supporting the delivery of aluminium window and door projects from project commencement through to completion.You will work closely with our Project Management, Estimating, Production, and Installation teams, while also communicating with builders, site teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.The role may involve interstate travel to support projects, site coordination, inspections, and project meetings as required.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination of aluminium window and door projectsCoordinate between internal teams, including estimating, design, production, logistics, and installationCommunicate with builders, site managers, suppliers, installers, and other project stakeholdersAssist with project schedules, documentation, progress tracking, and reportingCoordinate site requirements, deliveries, installation activities, and project-related informationAssist with tracking project variations, defects,



and outstanding itemsAttend site inspections and project meetings when requiredSupport interstate projects and travel as requiredMaintain explicit and accurate project records and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycleWhat We're Looking ForAustralian Citizen or Permanent Resident - mandatoryFluent communication skills in both English and Chinese - mandatoryPrevious experience in aluminium window and door fabrication, installation, glazing, façade, or a related construction field is highly preferredStrong communication, coordination, and organisational skillsAbility to work effectively with both office-based and site-based teamsAbility to manage multiple tasks and project priorities simultaneouslyFull-time work availabilityWillingness and availability to travel interstate when requiredTAFE qualification or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related disciplineStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingValid Australian driver's licence is preferredWhy Join Us?
