We're looking for someone who is comfortable working behind the bar, preparing cocktails, serving wine and beer, engaging with customers and keeping the bar running smoothly during busy periods.Barista experience is highly regarded, as you may also assist with coffee service when required.Applicants must be available to work evening/night shifts, including Friday and Saturday nights.Key ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include:Preparing and serving a range of cocktails to a consistently high standardMaking classic cocktails and following house recipesServing and recommending wines, beers, spirits and other beveragesConfidently pouring wine, beer and spiritsProviding friendly, attentive and professional bar serviceEngaging with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphereTaking beverage orders and assisting customers with drink selectionsSetting up the bar before service and closing down at the end of the nightKeeping the bar clean, organised and fully stocked throughout serviceMonitoring and replenishing wine, beer, spirits, mixers and garnishesAssisting with stock takes and stock rotationMonitoring stock levels and minimizing wastageFollowing Victorian RSA requirements at all timesMaintaining high standards of cleanliness,
