You'll work across bar, gaming and TAB day to day, and as you build your skills and complete the required licensing, you'll take on casual Duty Manager shifts and grow into that leadership role.What We'll Help You Achieve:RMLVApproved Managers LicenceFirst Aid CertificateLeadership TrainingWhat You'll Be DoingDay to day, as a Bar, Gaming & TAB Attendant:Delivering high-quality bar, gaming, and TAB service to members and guestsMaintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness across the venueUpholding Club standards, policies, and procedures during every shiftAs you progress toward Duty Manager:Leading the operational team during your shift — staffing, communication, and performanceHandling member and guest concerns promptly and professionallyCompleting shift handovers, incident reports,



and all required documentationEnsuring compliance with liquor, gaming, food safety, WHS, and privacy requirementsWhat We're Looking ForEssential:Minimum 3 years' experience working across all three of bar, gaming and TABExperience in a hospitality or licensed club environmentWillingness to undertake training and licensing toward a Duty Manager roleA genuine interest in stepping up into a leadership positionStrong customer service skills and a proactive, can-do attitudeThe DetailsClassification:Food and Beverage and Gaming Attendant, Level 3, Registered and Licensed Clubs Award ****.
