Core and Motion is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team in our Malvern and East Brighton Clinics.
This part-time role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our growing Allied Health practice.What you'll be doingGreeting and welcoming patients and clients in a friendly and professional mannerManaging inbound phone calls, emails and correspondence in a timely and efficient mannerScheduling and coordinating patient appointmentsMaintaining detailed patient records and updating electronic medical systemsManagement of patient accounts such as medicare, TAC, Workcover.Providing administrative support to the clinical team as requiredLeading our mainly part time administrative teamWhat we're looking forExperience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant in a healthcare or medical settingStrong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience for patientsExcellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities,
