Accounts Receivable Officer role available to start immediately
Your new company
One of Brisbane's professional Not for Profit companies are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their driven team on a full-time temporary basis for 6-months however a permanent position may be available for the right candidate. This role will be based in their CBD offices, offering easy transport links and City amenities.
Your new role
You will report to a supportive Team Leader where you will be responsible for the following:
- Debt Management including clearing any backlogs
- Collections including resolving any client queries via phone and email
- Invoicing/Receipting
- Billings
- Bank reconciliations
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- At least 3 years in a similar role
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally within the NFP or Government sectors
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Available to commence immediately
- Willingness to obtain a Blue card
