An exciting opportunity to join an FMCG company based in Banksmeadow.

The Role:

- Assisting with customer enquiries, and general clerical duties
- Maintain an up to date a billing system
- Processing payments regularly and ensuring payments are made within agreed terms
- Reconciling debtor accounts and verifying and providing receipts
- Provide reconciliation support to the finance team as required
- Follow-up and escalate overdue payments
- Arranging Proof of Delivery documents when requested

What you need to succeed:





- A minimum of 2 years' experience in credit control/accounts receivable
- Competent Microsoft Excel skills
- Competent Pronto Software skills
- Ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A true team player committed to supporting the company
- A qualification in accounting, finance or business administration (such as a Certificate IV in Accounting, Bookkeeping or a Diploma of Accounting) - advantageous
