Full time permanent role in a leading Architecture firm based in Surry Hills!

Your new company
A leading Architecture firm based in Surry Hills looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Officer to support the Sydney team and wider finance department.

Your new role
Managing the day-to-day Accounts Receivable functions of the business, including:

- Preparing and lodging monthly Project Invoices
- Chasing Purchase Orders
- Debtors' collection
- Supporting with Month End processes
- Liaising with Directors at monthly meetings
- Reviewing WIP
- Forecasting for projects
- Approving staff expenses
- Follow up timesheets
- Other ad-hoc support

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role, with preference to be in a project-based environment such as architecture, construction or engineering.



Exposure to the system BST is preferred but not essential, and strong MS Office skills.

You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, as you will be liaising with different departments and stakeholders both in the business, as well as externally. The ability to take initiative, be proactive and multitask is essential to be successful.
