Our client a well-established mid-tier firm based in Melbourne's CBD is looking for an exceptional/experienced individual to join its team as an Audit Manager

Key Responsibilities of this role:
- Managing the planning of audit engagements to determine the audit strategy, timetable, resource allocation and fees.
- Leading and executing audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio of clients.
- Preparing and reviewing business reports and correspondence.
- Ensuring engagements are managed effectively.
- Leading and developing a team.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, developing a detailed understanding of their business and developing and delivering the audit strategy
Ideally you must have:
- 4-6 years of experience
- CA qualified
- Strong technical knowledge of the auditing standards and accounting standards
- Significant client interaction
- Team player able to work at pace and under pressure
- Ability to demonstrate a leadership
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability with an attention to detail
- Proficient understanding of accounting software
- Excellent English language skills
- Acts with integrity, honesty, trust and respect
