Client Information

The Company has been specializing in personalized taxation and accounting services throughout the San Francisco area since 2000. They provide Accounting, Human Resource and Payroll services to clients based in the U.S. Most of the clients use QuickBooks online and NetSuite. The work is exciting and challenging due to the variety of clients and working with scaling companies that partner with them to help achieve their goals.

Job Description

• Daily Client Email management - respond to emails professionally, with guidance as needed
• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks – enter bills, invoices and bank transactions
• Support team with Ad hoc work assignments as needed
• Support completion of Month-end close tasks
• Prepare and balance sheet reconciliations
• Properly store and manage financial data





Must Haves

• At least 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
• Accounting degree
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure with competing work demands and to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work well in a team to achieve results.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working with multiple clients
• QBO Proadvisor certification
• Experience working with Bill.com

Home Office Requirements
