Our client is a leading company servicing the Coast ensuring excellent service to all clients and quality products. With a vast client portfolio, this company has a strong reputation with a long-term strategy in place. Due to the rapid growth, they require a passionate and highly motivated Bookkeeper to join their friendly team located on the Gold Coast. This position will require a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Your new role
The Bookkeeper role would include extensive bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations, BAS preparation for accountants, debtor and creditor reconciliations and management, debt collection, fortnightly payroll, superannuation, and payroll tax calculations. You will be an essential part of a dedicated team, with shared tasks, such as; invoicing, first point of contact via telephone, general office management tasks, maintaining of stationary and other consumables, general banking and general postal duties. You will be working to ensure a great experience for their clients. This is a fast-paced team environment that drive for success in every aspect of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced bookkeeper and accounts administrator, with advanced skills in MYOB and Payroll. They will be well organised with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.



We seek someone who is self-motivated and enjoys working as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate solid technical accounting expertise, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and an eye for detail. Strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, team environment.
