We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our team and oversee the operations of our branch. In addition to managing daily branch activities, the Branch Manager will play a key role in driving local lending initiatives, cultivating relationships with customers and businesses and ensuring we meet the diverse financial needs of our community.

Tasks and responsibilities

- Lead and mentor your team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet branch goals.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery.
- Actively participate in community engagement and outreach efforts to strengthen relationships with local businesses, families, and organisations.
- Serve as the primary loan officer for the branch.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers,



local businesses, and community leaders, identifying lending opportunities that align with their needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch’s customer base, increase lending volume, and promote bank products.
- Ensure the branch maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Skills and experience

- Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team.
- Extensive personal lending experience or a strong financial background is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
