As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are looking for a highly analytical and strategic CFO to join our team and contribute with leadership to our success.

As our CFO, you will play a key role in shaping this culture and helping to build a high-performing team that is focused on overachieving our goals. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be hands-on and in constant collaboration with the executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy, goals, and operations. You will drive high performance through sound financial data and analysis, make recommendations and provide insights from a financial lens.

Key Role Responsibilities

- Preparation and analysis of management accounts, including variance analysis of financial results across the business.
- Budgeting and preparation of P&L; and cash flow forecasts.
- Timely and accurate weekly,



monthly, and quarterly reporting for analysis of performance.
- Undertake data analysis across all business functions to provide timely and actionable value-adding insights.
- Manage all finance/insurance risk and compliance.

- Ensure effective and efficient management of a small finance team.

Required Capabilities, Skills & Attributes

- Strong analytical skills and ability also to see the big picture and understand key business/profit drivers.
- Ability to act in a self-directed, self-motivated manner, demonstrating initiative, innovative thinking, and ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Proficient with XERO (or similar systems) and Excel.
- Motivated, engaged, and takes initiative.
- High attention to detail, coupled with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Maturity, self-confidence, and sound business acumen.
- Able to bring an understanding of the financial industry and the regulatory environment in which we operate.
