Key Responsibilities:

- Provide full administrative support to the Directors and other advisers
- Manage compliance processes including FDS and annual agreements
- Implement financial advice and manage the client database (Intelliflo)




- Complete investment portfolio reconciliations and manage client projects
- Liaise with clients, product providers, and our offshore administration team
- Begin drafting ROA and SOA documents with dedicated paraplanning training

Your Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a CSO or financial planning support role (paraplanning experience highly valued)
- A relevant degree is preferred but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and experienced in superannuation, personal insurance, investments, and retirement planning
- Familiarity with FDS and fee agreements, and experience implementing advice

Salary & Benefits:

- Competitive salary package ($65,000 - $85,000 + super) based on experience
