About the role
The collection officer is responsible for processing a high volume of invoices working with residents to ensure all invoices are settled, escalating to relevant stakeholders wherever necessary. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of the finance department, within this large growing NFP organisation.
Key Responsibilities

- Deliver timely and accurate accounts receivable services to a high volume of residents, ensuring outstanding balances are promptly addressed.




- Handle complex accounts receivable transactions and inquiries with precision, adhering to strict quality standards and company procedures.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and meeting performance targets.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding payment processing and account status.

About you

- 3+ years’ experience in Collections
- Experience with high volume of collections
- Experience dealing with difficult situations
- Available for immediate start is ideal
- Intermediate knowledge of excel
