Set in one of the most picturesque locations in the Swan Valley, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager - Pricing to come on board to work in our Food & Coffee division.

Role Overview:
As the Commercial Manager - Pricing, you will play a critical role in developing and managing pricing strategies to maximize profitability, ensure competitive advantage, and support business growth. This is a stand alone role that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our business success, through rigorous analysis and strategic decision-making support. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to align pricing strategies with company goals and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Market Analysis and Strategy.
- Support and direct sales team and business development managers to achieve company targets.
- Manage, prepare, and update commercial pricing models as required.
- Provide guidelines to sales and bid teams re commercial pricing.
- Preparation of pricing documents for internal review,



presentation and sign-off.
- Proactive bench marking, data collation and industry trends analysis.
- Commercial review of existing retail customer contracts.
- Review compliance of existing contracts with tender pricing submissions.
- Oversee application of escalations in existing contracts.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a commercial or pricing management role, preferably within FMCG or Retail.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, cost modelling, and forecasting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience maintaining CRM / ERP Software.
- A degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
