We are a well established and growing manufacturer of high-quality precast concrete panels. Our company is 100% Australian and family owned and operates in NSW & QLD. Our head office is located in Yennora, Sydney NSW.

We are currently seeking an experienced, self-driven & organised individual to join our finance team as our company accountant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial operations, including but not limited to:

- Overseeing the company’s financial records and transactions
- Preparing Financial statements and reports
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Conducting financial analysis and forecasting
- Working Capital Management – cash flow management
- Prepare BAS, Superannuation payments, Workers Comp Payments and Payroll Tax
- Review payroll and associated HR functions
- Collect monies and retentions within appropriate timeframe
- Review monthly invoicing
- Reconciliation and review of Fixed Assets and Finance lease reporting




- Implementation of effective accounting controls and processes
- Manage and lead a small team of 2 – Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable/Payroll.
- Conduct and present monthly finance reports in meeting format to Senior Managers and external Accountant.
- Reliable and punctuality to all work-related matters and meetings

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing, construction industry but not essential
- Proficiency in accounting software MYOB and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and skills

Salary dependent on experience and expertise.

Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
