Permanent full time position available for an experienced Financial Accountant in Inner Western Sydney

Your new company

This growing organisation based in Inner Western Sydney is looking to hire a Company Accountant to join their busy team. They have been in the construction business for over 50 years and are well established within their field.

Your new role

As part of your new role, you will be managing and overseeing the company's financial system. This will include but is not limited to:

- Managing and tracking budget and accounting information including billing, collections and tax information
- Taking over responsibility for the local monthly and annual reporting
- Guiding financial decisions through financial planning, reporting and analysing
- Supervising all finance personnel
- Managing vendor relationships




- Presenting financial results and insights to the board

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a confident, switched-on, all-round accountant who has strong analytical and numerical skills. You will have an ability to convert complex findings into common language making interdependencies understandable for other colleagues. CA and CPA qualifications are preferred but not essential. Good knowledge of Xero software systems is also preferred.
