We are looking for an experienced and professional Corporate Account Advisor to join our team on a 6 month fixed term basis.

You w il l b e r e s p o n s i b l e f o r providing outstanding service to M e d i b a n k ’ s Corporate clients and their representatives. This will include managing queries and requests, generating invoices, processing payments, providing reporting and other a cc o u n t f u n c t i o n s .

The role will be responsible for:

- Processing invoices on time and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Applying payments within SLA with a high degree of accuracy




- Provide a high level of customer service to brokers, corporate client HR/Payroll teams and corporate members via phone and email
- Provide ad hoc and automated reporting to clients
- Provide quality checking, feedback, training and support to colleagues in the Corporate team
