About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with exceptional customer service skills within retail and/or warehousing environment. This is a part-time role, 4 days per week, 30.4 hours.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- In store - being the first point of contact for retail sales and enquiries;
- Picking and packing of outgoing goods for customers and store transfers;
- Assisting with stock control including inventory monitoring and stock takes;
- Order processing including point of sale and invoicing;
- Building excellent customer relationships;
- Being a pro-active, supportive team member;
- Champion safety and compliance requirements;
- General duties supporting the branch in the day to day operations

About You

You will have experience working in a retail sales environment. Key are having strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently on your own or successfully as part of a dynamic team. Ideally you will have a Forklift license (or have the interest and ability to obtain). A HR licence would be advantageous but is not essential. The ability to work autonomously, although at times within a wider team too, are key to the success of this role.





Other skills and experiences will include Point of Sale transactions, attention to detail, numerical ability, inventory/stock control, use of forklift, time management, problem solving skills and effective interpersonal skills.
