PERSOLKELLY are currently working with various companies around Perth who are seeking experienced Document Controllers to join their teams. We have various roles that are Perth based and also some FIFO roles.
Location: Perth - Various locations - Malaga, Kewdale, Forrestfield, Perth Airport
Hours: Full time hours, Mon - Fri
Working hours: Full time Hours (Monday - Friday)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Approx 3 months with the potential to extend or become permanent for the right candidate
Pay Rate: Depending on experience
Responsibilities Will Include
- Issue/update reports and statistics on the status of project deliverables for projects
- Work in close collaboration with the project team to support the management of project deliverables.
- Responsible for the registration, distribution and disposition of project documentation in accordance with company standards and project requirements.
- Entering & updating electronic copies of internally produced data and vendor data into in the electronic document management systems
- Allocating and controlling the numbering of documents and drawings
- Create and implement document templates, in accordance with brand guidelines, project, contract, business and technical requirements,
- Ensure document templates are available and used correctly including setting up workflow templates, approvers and assign users to workflow steps.
- Contribute to system and process reviews, including audits, to monitor and report on compliance and to take action to address any issues identified.
- Provide internal support and coaching on document management systems and processes
Experience Required
- Must have between 2 - 5 years' experience in a Document Controller role
- Professional qualifications related to information management/document control will be highly regarded (not essential)
- Experience using completions and commissioning database systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an overriding commitment to safety
- Robust attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Reliability, accountability and good judgement
