An exciting Executive Assistant opportunity here at Bank of Queensland Group, will see you support three of our General Managers within Group Technology on a 12-month parental leave contract. As an Executive Assistant you will be the glue that keeps our Group Technology leadership team together, by ensuring the continual smooth running of the General Managers days, along with their wider teams. In this critical role, you will proactively manage and coordinate our geographically dispersed General Managers calendars and anticipate their needs, movements, and agendas. Furthermore,



you will play a key role in travel and event management, business performance reporting, identifying, and implementing process improvements, effective budget management and most importantly driving cultural initiatives. You’ll be acting as the primary interface on behalf of our General Managers and their divisions’, and be an integral member of the team, confident in sharing your view and driving accountability.
