An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant is available with a leading corporate organisation based in Mt Waverley.

Reporting to the Senior Financial Accounts your responsibilities include:

- Management Reports
- Provide commentary of monthly variances
- Review general ledger journals
- Presentation of monthly management reports with commentary
- Reconciliations
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Analysis of monthly reconciliations
- Monthly adjustments post management review
- Provide support and guidance to Assistant Accountants as required
- Invoice Coding
- Assist with audit requirements
- FBT - statutory requirements
- Preparation & lodgment of BAS

About you:

- Proven Financial Accounting experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting




- Ability to work in fast paced environments
- Hands on approach a must
- Strong communication skills
- Initiative
- Ability to lead, mentor, oversee and guide a team of Assistant Accountants
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
