As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced Finance Team at Daniel’s Donuts as a Financial Accountant in this full-time permanent role. As the Financial Accountant, you’ll be a critical member of our finance team playing a pivotal role in preparing the consolidated monthly management accounts including balance sheet reconciliations, tax compliance, and board reporting. The role will support the delivery of robust financial results and is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and reliable information and liaising with key stakeholders in the business.

More specifically your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate and prepare monthly journals, assist with accruals, provision accounting,



and payroll-related entries.
- Prepare key Balance Sheet reconciliations (in line with time requirements) with commentary on reconciliation items requiring addressing
- Assisting in the preparation of end-of-month group reporting and submissions
- Oversee the accounts payables, accounts receivables, and bank reconciliation processes performed by the shared services team
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and the annual audit process

Skills and Qualifications

- CA/CPA qualified
- Big4 Audit/mid-tier or Industry experience with 3+ years
- Proven financial reporting and technical accounting skill preferred
- Retail experience directly / indirectly preferred
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills
- Motivated with exceptional time-management skills
- High attention to detail
