The Client:

Temporarily assist the oldest operating family owned real estate business in South Australia and has operated for more than 8 decades! Leaders in residential, retail and commercial real estate markets, our client has four generations of experience to draw upon and are renowned in the industry.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Must know Oracle Software
- Reviewing accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Monthly accounting
- Arrears reporting & management
- Preparation of monthly profit & loss statements
- Assist in the preparation of financial data for monthly investor reports
- Management of accruals
- Managing the finance team processes
- Completing financial reporting requirements
- Assisting members of the Finance team with overflow
- Reporting and analytics
- Ad Hoc accounting requirements

The Candidate:

- Must know Oracle Software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Has or is studying towards CA / CPA
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Finance Accounting related role.




- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
