Your purpose and opportunity:

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial aspects of our company, manage HR functions, and ensure smooth administrative operations. This role reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management:
- Develop and oversee financial strategies and budgets in alignment with company goals.
- Monitor cash flow, financial planning, and analysis.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and laws.
- Manage financial audits and tax filings.
- Manage accounting transactions & closings

- Human Resources:

- Manage HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, advantages administration, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

- Administration:

- Oversee administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.




- Supervise facilities management and maintenance.

- Strategic Leadership:

- Provide strategic financial advice to the executive management team.
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities.
- Drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CA preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role, ideally in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with experience managing a team.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present financial data and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Xero, ERP software and advanced MS Excel skills.
